How do you become a member of Rivendell Housing Coop?
In order to get to know you, we ask that you join us for 3 house dinners. If you live out of town, we suggest that you schedule a weekend trip in which you could complete the membership process.   We do not phone membership.  At your first dinner, you will get a tour of the house and you will be able to ask us questions.  If you are interested, you can then schedule your 2nd and 3rd dinners.  At your 2nd dinner please bring along a completed membership survey. After your 3rd dinner, your membership will go to a formal vote.  The voting happens at the next house meeting (first Sunday of the month).  

If all goes well, you're in! Then you are welcome to sign a contract with us, which typically runs from August to August.
Membership is done first come, first serve.
